What moves the price
1. Size and tile coverage
A larger footprint, taller walls, or full-height tile means more tile, more membrane, and more labor. Tiling the ceiling is priced separately (full ceiling tile $40 / sq ft).
2. Curbless entry
Removing the curb means the floor has to be engineered so water still drains into the shower. On a slab we recess the shower subfloor 1.5–2 inches and rebuild the slope; on framed floors we build up the bathroom side. 3. Niches and benches
Luxive Essential includes one recessed niche; Signature adds a large or dual niche system; Elite adds bench seating. Extra storage and seating are priced per piece.

4. Tile choice and layout
Large-format, mosaic, and specialty tile take more prep, flatness control, and setting time than a standard layout, which is why they sit in the higher tiers. A feature wall $575 minimum or epoxy grout $19 / sq ft adds to the total. You can supply your own tile or source it through us (see the FAQ below).
5. Glass
Our showers are designed as open, walk-in tiled systems, so there is no enclosure to coordinate. If you want glass, it is specified and installed separately from the tile system.
6. What’s behind the old shower
Removal and normal site preparation are included. Extensive demolition, structural modification, or hazardous materials are assessed separately.
How long it takes
Most walk-in shower systems take 7 to 12 working days from demo to final clean. Larger or wet-room-style builds with linear drains, heated benches, or large-format slab can run 14 to 18 working days. We give a firm range in the proposal.

How much does a curbless shower add?
Curbless entry is $950 as an add-on, and a linear drain upgrade is $995. The Luxive Elite tier includes a linear drain or curbless entry. On a concrete slab, curbless usually means recessing the shower subfloor 1.5–2 inches and rebuilding the slope; on framed or second-story floors we build up the bathroom side instead.

Both work. We can supply tile through our distributor partners (with builder-tier pricing), or you can supply your own. If you bring your own, we still validate the tile, mortar, and waterproofing system are spec-compatible before we set anything.
