Agreement

By using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms cover use of luxivetilesystems.com, the shower builder, and the consultation-request service we operate through it; the terms of any signed install contract will govern actual work performed by Luxive Tile & Stone Design.

What we offer

The Site lets you browse our services and submit a request for an estimate. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract for work; it begins a conversation. All estimates shown on the Site are non-binding and subject to an on-site measurement and final scope agreement.

Acceptable use

• You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote.
• You agree not to use the Site to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• You agree not to attempt to access admin areas, scrape the pricing API, or otherwise probe the Site's security.

Photos you upload

By uploading photos to your quote request, you confirm you have the right to share those images and you grant Luxive a limited license to view, store, and reference them solely for the purpose of preparing and discussing your quote.

Pricing and estimates

All prices displayed on the Site — including material costs, the labor estimate, and the final price range — are estimates only. Actual project pricing depends on on-site conditions, material availability, scope of demolition, and other factors discovered during measurement. Final pricing is provided in a written proposal before any work begins.

No warranty on website content

The Site is provided “as is.” While we work to keep product catalog and pricing data current, we do not warrant that every listing is error-free or available at any specific moment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxive's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us in connection with that use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services (Supabase, Resend, Vercel) for hosting, database, and email delivery. We are not responsible for outages or failures of those providers, but we will work to restore service promptly.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Luxive's primary place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
