Luxive Tile & Stone Design (“Luxive,” “we,” “us”) is an Orlando-based certified shower and tile systems specialist. This policy explains what we collect when you request a consultation or use our shower design tools, and how we use that information.

Information we collect

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) project address.
• Project details — room type, dimensions, timeline, selected materials, and any notes you share.
• Reference photos — images you upload to help us scope your project.
• Usage data — anonymized analytics (page views, device type, referrer) via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver your personalized quote, including follow-up emails sent via Resend (our transactional email provider).
• To schedule on-site measurements and answer your questions.
• To improve the website experience (aggregate analytics only).
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we store your information

Quote requests and uploaded photos are stored in Supabase, our hosted database provider. Database access is restricted to Luxive staff via authenticated admin accounts. Email logs are retained by Resend per their data-retention policy.

Who we share with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only with vendors that help us operate the business:

• Supabase (database hosting)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Vercel (website hosting and analytics)

Your choices

• You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
• You can opt out of follow-up communication by replying to any email we send.

Children

The Luxive website is intended for adults requesting home services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
