A system is engineered, not assembled.
Every Luxive project starts with the assembly — substrate readiness, vapor management, waterproofing, drainage slope, then tile. We do not retrofit a luxury finish onto a substandard base.
Certification is the floor, not the ceiling.
CTI #1566 means we passed a hands-on field test administered by the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation. It is the trade’s baseline for “qualified labor.” We treat it as a starting point.
Orlando-specific build.
High humidity, slab-on-grade construction, hurricane-rated envelopes — Orlando builds have failure modes that out-of-region installers miss. Every spec we recommend is tuned for Central Florida conditions.
