Wet Room Systems
Wet Room — Signature
A wet room seals the entire space rather than just the shower, so water is contained by the room itself. It is the right answer for open-plan primary baths, and for anyone who wants a curbless entry without a glass box in the middle of the room.

FAQ
Questions about Wet Room — Signature.
Does the whole bathroom get wet?
Not in practice. The point of a wet room is that it can get wet safely — the waterproofing envelope means splash and steam are contained by the room, not by a shower tray. Layout and drain placement still keep the water where you want it.
Is a wet room harder to keep clean?
Generally easier. There is no shower tray lip, no track, and no enclosure seals to scrub — the surfaces are continuous.
Is this price a quote?
No — it is a starting price. Final pricing depends on the size of the space, the tile you choose, and the condition of what is behind the existing walls. You get a fixed, itemized written proposal after the consultation, before any work begins.
Who actually does the work?
Our own certified team. Luxive holds Certified Tile Installer #1566, and the installation is not subcontracted out.
What warranty do I get?
A written 5-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on the waterproofing and setting materials, handed over at the final walk-through.
