Questions about Wet Room — Elite.
Do I have to install steam to get this tier?
No. "Steam-ready" means the ceiling slope and vapour management are built so you can add a steam generator later without opening the room back up. Plenty of Elite wet rooms never have steam fitted.
Why does the ceiling need a slope?
So condensation runs to the walls instead of dripping on you. In a steam-capable room it is a comfort requirement, not a detail.
Is this price a quote?
No — it is a starting price. Final pricing depends on the size of the space, the tile you choose, and the condition of what is behind the existing walls. You get a fixed, itemized written proposal after the consultation, before any work begins.
Who actually does the work?
Our own certified team. Luxive holds Certified Tile Installer #1566, and the installation is not subcontracted out.
What warranty do I get?
A written 5-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on the waterproofing and setting materials, handed over at the final walk-through.
