Can I add this to a shower I already have?
Not without taking the tile up. The heating elements sit under the tile, inside the assembly — which is why this is priced as an addition to a build rather than as its own job.
Does it need its own electrical work?
It needs a supply, and depending on your panel that may mean a dedicated circuit. We flag exactly what is required at the consultation so it is in the written proposal rather than a surprise later.
Is this price a quote?
No — it is a starting price. Final pricing depends on the size of the space, the tile you choose, and the condition of what is behind the existing walls. You get a fixed, itemized written proposal after the consultation, before any work begins.
Who actually does the work?
Our own certified team. Luxive holds Certified Tile Installer #1566, and the installation is not subcontracted out.
What warranty do I get?
A written 5-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on the waterproofing and setting materials, handed over at the final walk-through.
