Anything laid out around your specific room rather than started from a corner and cut wherever it lands — centred feature walls, aligned grout lines, symmetric niches, and cuts planned so the awkward ones land where they are least visible.
Is this price a quote?
No — it is a starting price. Final pricing depends on the size of the space, the tile you choose, and the condition of what is behind the existing walls. You get a fixed, itemized written proposal after the consultation, before any work begins.
Who actually does the work?
Our own certified team. Luxive holds Certified Tile Installer #1566, and the installation is not subcontracted out.
What warranty do I get?
A written 5-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on the waterproofing and setting materials, handed over at the final walk-through.
