Questions about Luxive Elite.
Is a curbless shower actually practical?
Yes, when the slope and drainage are engineered for it — which is exactly what this tier covers. Done properly it is a designer feature that also happens to be the most accessible option available, which is why it is common in both luxury and aging-in-place builds.
Does large-format tile cost more to install?
It does, and it is not the tile. Large-format needs a flatter substrate, different setting materials, and far less tolerance for error — most of the added cost is preparation, not material.
Is this price a quote?
No — it is a starting price. Final pricing depends on the size of the space, the tile you choose, and the condition of what is behind the existing walls. You get a fixed, itemized written proposal after the consultation, before any work begins.
Who actually does the work?
Our own certified team. Luxive holds Certified Tile Installer #1566, and the installation is not subcontracted out.
What warranty do I get?
A written 5-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on the waterproofing and setting materials, handed over at the final walk-through.
